China, Philippine Coast Guards conduct joint maritime rescue
1月23日，中國海警持續在中國黃巖島附近海域搜救傾覆外籍貨輪落水船員。截至目前，仍有4名船員下落不明，中國海警東沙艦、三門艦正聯合當晚趕到事發海域的菲海警9701號船分區展開搜救工作。
On January 23, China Coast Guard continued search and rescue operations for crew members who fell into the water after a foreign cargo vessel capsized near China''s Huangyan Dao. Four crew members remain unaccounted for. China Coast Guard vessels Dongsha and Sanmen have joined forces with the Philippine Coast Guard vessel 9701, which arrived at the scene that evening, to conduct a sector-by-sector search and rescue operation in the waters where the incident occurred.
